Description
Krisztián Horváth is a health economist, he holds two MSc diplomas from Corvinus University Budapest, and Eotvos Lorand University. Currently taking part in Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (DBU) funded research scholarship at IOS, researching correlation between political stability and green transition. Prior to ISO he worked as innovation expert at GE HealthCare Hungary for 3 years, mainly building consortiums for IHI grants, as well as research fellow for MSD, exploring the Hungarian lung cancer disease burden. From 2021 he worked for Semmelweis University, setting up the first national prospective occupational cohort study (“Semmelweis Study”) that aims to investigate the complex relationships between lifestyle, environmental, and occupational risk factors and healthy ageing. Prior to his work at IOS, he co-authored several publication cover digital health technologies, health economics,, epidemiology, financing of public health services.
