Volker Köglmeier studied Law at the University of Regensburg. After finishing his apprenticeship as a bookseller, he worked in various Regensburg bookshops. In addition, as an independent online bookseller, he gained experience with antiquarian books. Since June 2020, Köglmeier has been responsible for the stacks and user services in the Library and Electronic Research Infrastructure Department of the IOS.
