Dipl. Vw. Barbara Stupka-Pleban

Barbara Stupka-Pleban completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk before studying Business Administration with a focus on marketing. After completing her degree in Business Administration, she worked in sales, marketing, and project development for international companies. 
The main focus of her work at the IOS is on the management of EU third-party funds and the field of awarding contracts.
