Tillmann Tegeler Joins Committee for FaMI Vocational Training

The Head of the IOS Library, Tillmann Tegeler, is now a member of the Vocational Training Committee for Media and Information Services Professionals (FaMI), specializing in libraries in the public sector. Tegeler has been appointed as an alternate member of the employers' group for the term 2024 to 2028. The goal of the committee is to further develop the quality of this professional training program. Since 2024, the IOS has been a recognized training institution for FaMI, and in September of the same year, the institute hired its first apprentice in this profession.
